the mortgage agent didn't get back to me, either. granted, we're difficult to fit, but if you say you're going to get back to me this afternoon by email, why don't you?
(i called the preferred lender to try to get the loan through them, so that we could get the extra cash at closing.)
i'm fairly fed up.
