the"builder representative" phoned me back. in my perpetual quest for fairness, i felt that should be posted, too.

they don't check the machine at the office too often; i should call her cell. and her email has a glitch that she hasn't received it at all. she was going to send ME a test email, but i didn't get one.

anyway - good answers to all questions! we're about ready to sign on the dotted line! we've made our decision (it's hard to say no to a new house), we just have to get all the ducks in a row.

there's no playground ON the site, it being small, but we're across from a ballfield, and she says it's a full park, with a playground.

now we just have to go meet with her and work out our deal. can't wait! lots to do!
